Welcome to your new oasis Oceanwalk 416! Discover the beauty of Hilton Head Island from this fabulous 2-bedroom villa. This welcoming property features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 cozy living rooms with sofa beds. There are two bathrooms- one with a shower, the other a bathtub. Enjoy the excellent amenities like a five minute walk to a beautiful beach, a short walk to coligny park with many restaurants and shops! Indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool. This condo has a full washer and dryer, wagon with beach towels and toys, pickleball paddles for the court right next door! Fully supplied with sheets, towels, soaps, shampoos, hair dryer, coffee pot, blender and more! This unit is newly remodeled and perfect for a family getaway! We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our villa.

Load and start the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return Parking passes. Replacing them will have a $50 charge.
Please wash beach towels, fold and set them on table by wagon.
Trash chute is to the left end of building on each floor by the back elevator.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

From May to August, the Air Conditioner should be set no colder than 72 to prevent freezing of the unit and a service call.
Keeping blinds closed in the afternoon greatly helps keep the rooms cool. Please close blinds when you leave.
Ocean Walk does not allow storing or charging of E- Bikes. There are several bike rentals nearby or you are welcome to bring your own bicycle.
