Family Time

Nice clean property. Well stocked Lots of room while we had 5 members in this unit we had 2 other condos with a total of 14 family members; dinner 2 nights at our place and we had enough dishes and silverware space at the table for everyone … this was the weekend Helene hit maintenance out the next morning cleaning the whole property up . Definitely would come again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good stay. Had no issues with the unit, but parking was a huge issue for my handicapped husband and I. Returned to the condo one night after dinner at 8:30 and could not find any available parking spots close enough to walk except 1 that was partially on pine needles. Since someone had their car parked there for 4 days, we thought it was ok. However, at 11:30, after we were in bed, it was ticketed and given 24 hours to be moved. We woke up at 9 the next morning to find it booted. Cost us $100 and ruined our last day of vacation.

Lovely Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was a pleasant surprise. Very nicely decorated and looks just like the pictures. The golf course view towards the back, a few minutes walk to the pool which is very nice, a 15 minute walk to the beach on nice tree lined bike path. Bathroom by the beach were extremely clean each day.Chair rentals are available too. Extremely well maintained unit and all the property. Pretty place. We enjoyed all of it. Large table in kitchen was great... all 9 of us were able to eat together.

Well maintained as well, always new upgrades. Gracious owner. Great Mgt company, responded quickly to our request for BBQ propane tank, was delivered within a few hours. Looking forward to returning next year.

Great property, great location

Beachwalk 196 is a clean, well maintained property with easy access to the beach and all that Hilton Head has to offer. My family and I loved it. We would absolutely stay here again.

It is located towards the back of shipyard. The condo is about a 5 minute walk from the pool and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We had no issues here!

Late July visit

Unit could have used a little more cleaning, back up batteries for the television remotes, pull out bed mattress definitely needs replacing. Oven did not work for us during our stay and no one ever came out to look at it.

It was a short walk to the beach (10 minutes with kids) but was fully shaded and easy to do. The pool was great, but we barely used it as the beach never felt crowded. Great location to go to restaurants, mini golf, grocery stores etc. Would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a place on Hilton Head.

Big space, close to beach, needs some updates

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was good. The layout and space was great and the proximity to the beach was really good. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The unit needs some updates. 3 out of 4 bathrooms did not have locks on the doors with the primary bathroom door not even closing all the way. The back door didn’t lock and only had a wooden pole to lay in the track to keep it from opening. The refrigerated either wasn’t cold enough or froze foods. The shower curtains needed replacing and there were some food crumbs on the floor when we arrived.

Two condos in 1 week stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation started out great. 210 Beach walk was working out perfectly. But Monday morning of our week we were awakened to construction noise next door. I contacted Seaside rental vacations and they let me know that 196 Beach walk was available. We got very lucky. So we Packed everything up and moved over to 196 beach walk. That condo was even better. Heidi was a huge help! If we had not been able to change condos we would have gone home. The noise was unbearable and it was not acceptable. It continued throughout the week even though we were told construction was not supposed to be going on.

Incredible experience - only one problem

This property is wonderful. They have literally thought of everything. It was extremely clean and well organized. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. There was unexpected freezing weather and a bathroom problem was fixed in an hour. The only problem was the King size mattresses in 2 of the bedrooms were sunk in completely on both sides of the bed and we had a very difficult time getting sleep. If this were fixed, we would absolutely plan to stay here again!
