About this property

Beach Happy!-Nice ocean view Hilton Head Villa

  • Private, beautiful views from the balcony of this top floor villa with east facing views for afternoon shade. Affordably priced and nicely decorated on Hilton Head's main beach. The linens, towels and bedding are new and unlike many in the building, we have central air!

    Queen bed in the bedroom and 2 small bunks in the hallway for kids (there is a door in the hallway to make it a private room if the kids go to sleep early). The living room Also has a flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa. High speed internet in the villa and at the pool. Kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you need to cook a meal.

    Located in Seaside, a gated oceanfront complex just two blocks down the beach from Colginy Plaza and the Tiki Hut.

    We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you, we can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.
