An Inspired Renovation Perfect for Your Next Family Getaway!

Engulf yourself in this extraordinary, upgraded villa. With an open and spacious floor plan, coastal décor throughout and an amazing view of the George Fazio Golf Course.

A chef’s dream kitchen will catch your eye as you enter with crisp white appliances, granite countertops, new cabinets and beautiful tile backsplash.

Unwind in the lush living space with two sofas, armchairs, flat screen tv and three large windows to take in the beautiful nature and scenery. The nearby dining area offers seating for four people.

Outdoor grills are not permitted. The neighborhood does not have a community grill.

The spacious three bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary offers a king bed with ample closet space and a spa-like en-suite bathroom that has a large bathtub and spacious walk-in glass shower.

The first guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and a twin bed with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and balcony that overlooks the 18th hole of the George Fazio Golf Course. The second guest bedroom offers one queen size bed and one twin bed and connects to the Jack-and Jill bathroom.

The beach is easily accessed with a short walk or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, which is a free on-call shuttle service that runs seasonally. Easy walking distance to the George Fazio golf course, Alexander's restaurant, PD General Store and Outfitters bike shop!

Great get-a-way!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and seating for the seven of us.Great views and great location to amenities. The shuttle service is awesome allowing people to come and go as they please. We will definitely try to stay here again.
