6406 Hampton Place has amazing, breathtaking panoramic ocean views! This lovely 2-bedroom villa will be your new "go to" vacation spot as soon as you step inside you will be so very glad you selected this home for your vacation.

You will love the open floor plan that offers ocean views from every room. There is tile flooring in the main living area and carpet in both bedrooms. This villa has Tommy Bahama-style décor throughout that gives you a warm island-feel and charm throughout. Bamboo-like ceiling fans and views that overlook the pool and ocean from the living area and both bedrooms.

There is a gray, round table that seats four in the dining area. Additional seating can be found at the breakfast counter in the adjacent kitchen where there are two stools. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless-steel appliances including a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The living room has two teal blue sofas, two gray rocker chairs, and a mounted 75" Smart TV. The slider opens to a covered balcony with four chairs and a table for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Off the living room is the master bedroom with a king bed and mounted 55" Smart TV. The large master bathroom has double granite vanities, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. Off the kitchen is the guest bedroom that has two double beds and a mounted 55" Smart TV. This room has a slider to the balcony that is shared with the living room. Across the hall is the bathroom with a single granite vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
