BEAUTIFUL VILLA IN PALMETTO DUNES WITH POOL, PATIO & GRILL HILTON HEAD

This just renovated villa is located in the Queen's Grant section of the Palmetto Dunes resort community and offers an ideal ground-floor locale with a private back patio and grill. The interior has vaulted ceilings, three smart TVs, and dual suites. Off of the living area two sliding glass doors open to the patio for outdoor grilling and relaxation! A well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of appliances and cookware to get cookin' day and night!

The primary suite is fitted with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with one queen bed and one full-size bed and has its own bathroom with walk-in shower.

Queen's Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. This villa is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach and near the General Store, Big Jim's, the Dunes House and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. Arthur Hills and George Fazio golf course are on either side.

* Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!

PALMETTO DUNES

We absolutely loved our stay. Perfect central location for us since it was our first time on HHI. My only complaint is that the pool was not maintained daily and had foliage debris that was never tended to. Nevertheless, our stay was great.

Smaller than pic images. Outdoor deck area was filthy with many dead bugs and leaves. Shower curtain fell off but was promptly addressed by property manager. Older appliances. Other than that all good. Disappointed by the appearance of the deck as we so enjoy outdoors at HHI
