Just off North Forest Beach Drive sits 40 North Forest Beach. This 4th-row ocean home is a 7-bedroom, custom-built vacation home (with ELEVATOR) for the entire family. Greeting you as you drive in; a double staircase will be on the front entryway of the home where there is plenty of parking for family and friends as you kick off your vacation in the perfect setting. The beach access is 176 yards (at the end of Ibis Street),
As guests enter, the foyer includes a staircase where the main bedrooms are located. The laundry room off to the right leads into the first bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi-style bathtub. Through the doorway is the first bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and plush chair. The second bedroom, located off the kitchen, is also equipped with a king-size bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Five additional rooms on the second floor make for the perfect space for each guest. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The following guest room includes a queen-sized bed and a full ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms, complete with 2 double beds, are accompanied by a shared bathroom, with access from each room. The last guest room has two Twin bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom.
The kitchen, located on the main floor, is the heart of the home. Fully furnished with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island suitable for four, the kitchen’s open floor plan overlooks the dining area and the living room – perfect for guests to cook and host simultaneously!

The only down side to this property is that the elevator is too small for anything over a small wheel chair. It’s very close to the beach. It has ample and well furnished rooms. And the staff let me know in advance of any shortcomings to the stay before I arrived.
Very comfortable and spacious home, well stocked kitchen and lovely large table for a big family! Bedrooms had lots of comfy blankets! Easy access to beach and shops at Coligny shops.
We had 16 people ranging in ages from 5 to 77. Everything was so great! The house was spotless, there was plenty of seating for everyone, plenty of room for all of us to spread out, and the beach was just a short walk away! The house was perfect for my whole family.
This was our 1st family vacation and this home was perfect for our large group. There was enough space for us all that we never felt like we were on crowded on top of each other.
The location was perfect, the amenities were in abundance and the atmosphere was ideal for us city folks looking for some wind down time.
This home is clean, perfectly located and would recommend to any large family, group visiting the area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation in this N. Forest Beach house! We had 3 couples and their young adult kids, and never felt like we were on top of each other. Beautiful large kitchen and living space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all nice and clean with new finishings. The screened in porch was our favorite spot! Great use of the space in the yard - nice pool, putting green, corn hole, several seating areas, two TV’s…we used it all! It was a very short walk to the beach, and took about 10 mins to walk to the Coligny Beach shops & restaurants, which we did several times. Great house! We can’t wait to go back.
Great property, great layout, outstanding location. We loved the house and there really aren’t any complaints at all, would highly recommend.
Something to note: There is an elevator on the property that needs a specific safety concern addressed. On the ground floor there is a large square hole in the wall at the base of the elevator that a child or pet could easily crawl into and be crushed by the descending elevator. I watched it operate several times and it is certainly a safety concern that should be looked at ASAP. This isn’t a complaint so much we an observation for the ownership.
