Beautifully decorated two bedroom, 2 bath villa. Convenient mid island location with free Dunes Buggy Van service to local attractions ( Malls, performing arts center, restaurants, movie theaters, Shelter Cove Harbour with its many shops, restaurants, charter fishing fleets, 5 premier golf courses and Palmetto Dunes tennis complex )

The Moorings Complex is a gated community with direct access to the best beach on Hilton Head Island thru the Dunes House which has restrooms and a circle drive for unloading all your beach gear.The Villa is 30 steps from the Moorings pool, with restrooms and shower.The pool is well maintained daily and has new deck furniture.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed, private bath and balcony.The second bedroom has two queen beds, private bath and balcony. Both bedrooms have Flat Screen TV, new mattresses and thermostats for individual temperature preference. Living and dining area has large
Flat Screen TV. Kitchen has new stainless appliances.

The Villa is clean and comfy with tiled floors thru out. The kitchen is well equipped. The dining table seats 6 and the snack bar has 3 additional seats.
