3-BEDROOM TIMESHARE ON HEAD ISLAND

Timeshare is in Shipyard plantation and is actually a stand-alone 3-bedroom house located on the edge of the Shipyard golf course. It has AC, washer/dryer, eclectic range, microwave, refrigerator w/ice maker, cable TV(3 TVs), WIFI, screened porch and carport. Dishes, silverware, cookware, sheets & towels provided. Approximately 6 blocks via bike path to a beautiful beach. Timeshare complex has a private swimming pool. Maximum occupancy of 8 people - strictly enforced. Timeshare is available for rent for EITHER timeshare week 29(Saturday afternoon July 19th to Saturday morning July 26, 2025 OR timeshare week 31(Saturday afternoon August 2nd to Saturday morning August 9, 2025 ). $1750per week. A $350 deposit is required to reserve timeshare and is refundable until 4 weeks before occupancy on either July 19th or August 2nd. Balance of payment ($1400) is due 3 weeks before occupancy.
