Guests have private access to the entire home, yard, pool, pool deck, and direct access to beach path. Closest street outside the back gate of Sea Pines.

The Neighborhood:
In Heart of Hilton Head Island. Located in South Forest Beach, just outside the back gate of Sea Pines and close to Coligny Plaza.This beach community has a mix of vacationers & full-time residents. Every home in the neighborhood is within walking distance to the beach. Walking/biking distance to Coligny shopping center (over 60 shops & restaurants) as well as the new ($14M) Lowcountry Celebration Park. Coligny Beach was just ranked #7 Best Family Beaches in the US via Travel & Leisure. This location is in a safe neighborhood, with a mix of privacy, shopping and dining, with being close enough to enjoy all the fun of Sea Pines.

Getting Around:
No gate/passes are required to get to this home. Private parking on the property is big enough to hold 6 cars. Once on premise, drive if you want, but you will find that a car is not required as everything is in close proximity. This includes the pool, ocean (500ft), Coligny shopping center & restaurants. Bikes, as well as golf carts, are available for rent in this area. Please let us know if you need help lining up one of these rental options.

This is Low Country Paradise. We ask you to respect the property and treat it as if it is yours. It is set up for the ultimate large group vacation beach house as well as a simple living quiet peaceful getaway.
All bookings of a week or longer receive a free 2-hour sunset cruise out of Broad Creek Marina that accommodates up to 14 passengers.

Frequent Asked Q & A:

Is the pool large enough for a family or is it a dipping pool?
*The pool is large enough for a big group to enjoy. It is 20 ft in length with a small waterfall! It is 5 ft. at its deepest.

How do you get to the beach?
*The property is on the same side of the road as the beach. The property is connected to a beach path that goes in between homes and opens up to the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head.

Is the beach private?
*No, it is not private but close to it. All beaches on HHI are public, the access points are what is private. It is a little over 1 mile to Coligny in one direction and a little over a mile to the Sea Pines Beach Club in the other direction which pushes the crowds in both direction. A little slice of paradise one might say.

How many bedrooms are upstairs/ downstairs?
*Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and downstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths.

How many TVs and what TV service is included?
*There are 6 TV's throughout the house all with YouTube TV. 4 are in bedrooms, 1 in the Sunroom Room, and a 75' in the Living Room.

Is the internet fast enough to do work or stream?
Yes, the internet is at 680 Mbps speed.

The property is by Sea Pines, but not in Sea Pines, are we excluded from using the offerings of Sea Pines?
*No, you can still enter and enjoy Sea Pines! You are just over a mile from the Sea Pines beach Club, which is a great spot for lunch or dinner on the beach, just over 3 miles to South Beach Marina (home of the Salty Dog), and about 3 miles to Harbour Town! All within great biking distance to enjoy for the day or evening.

What is Coligny Plaza?
*Coligny Plaza is about a mile from the property. It is a mix of over 60 great restaurants, bars, shops, ice cream, etc. In the summer months, they will have special events such as live music. It is a great spot to go at all times of the day.

What is the Island Head connection?
*The two owners of Island Head have partnered with a previous employee who is big in the real estate game of Hilton Head to expand the brand to the ultimate short-term experience. As a guest, you will receive 15% off all their activities at both Broad Creek Marina and Hilton Head Harbor. This includes parasailing, Daufuskie Island day trips, dolphin tours, waterski/ tubing charters, boat rentals, kayaking, paddle boarding, private charters, and so much more.
