All of them will be thrilled with the ocean views and knowing the beach is just a short, sandy stroll away. This seaside stunner boasts coastal charm with plenty of ample open indoor and outdoor living space including, *a heated pool, hot tub, elevator, beautifully designed hardwood floors throughout, custom-made furniture, a large great room, plus a second large family room with a mini-bar with refrigerator and microwave, which is ideal for family movie night! The kitchen is a gourmet chef’s dream. And there are 4 king master suites, all with en-suite baths. This beachside retreat has it all!

27 Pelican was our best VRBO experience

Props to The Vacation Company, the property manager on Hilton Head. The house was in perfect condition (an issue with one tv was solved proactively) and the space worked out great for four adult couples and two toddlers. Highly recommended!

Wonderful property!

This was a lovely house and we were so grateful for our time there! It was a great location, in good condition, as described. Our only issue was arriving with trash overflowing from the cans outside. The company took care of it when I called them the next day. I had also emailed about which kitchen appliances were included and got a generic response about towels, linens, and cleaning supplies that were included (which was helpful but not complete). One of the fire alarm batteries died during our stay so we replaced all the batteries with new ones so we wouldn’t have another issue. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to others!

50th Anniversary trip

Our family of 19 rented this property for my parents 50th wedding anniversary trip. It was wonderful. It was the cleanest rental property I've ever stayed in. It was cleaner than any hotel I've stayed in as well. I started messaging through the VRBO app a few weeks before. I had a few questions, nothing too concerning. But Sammie responded almost immediately to all my questions. The staff was very helpful. Our ice makers weren't making ice when we arrived. Staff brought bags of ice each day until the ice makers could be fixed. We had HOT days and the AC kept up and worked great. There was plenty of dishes, silverware and any kind of kitchen tool you'd need. Great to not have to pack beach towels as the house supplied them. Washer and dryer worked great. Bring extra toilet paper as each bathroom has 2 rolls. And it didnt take long to use that up with so many people. The walk to the beach was plenty close enough. We went back and forth very easily between the pool and beach. While it was a bit small, the pool was great to have. The kids and adults enjoyed it. It was great to have so much seating around the pool and on the patio. The covered part of the porch was great in the morning to drink coffee. Overall, it was a GREAT house, INCREDIBLE loaction (close to Coligny Plaza) and if highly recommend it.

Loved how close this was to the beach and Coligny.

Wonderful property. Spacious for our group of 12. Everyone had their own space. 2 family rooms and huge kitchen and dining areas. Loved the outdoor sitting areas around the pool. Enough activities that we really didn’t need to leave other than a few short bike rides to Coligny. We will be back.

We celebrated a surprise 50th birthday with a week's stay with family and friends. The layout and location of the home were perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, eat, play games and visit. Close enough to the beach that walks were easy. The house is decorated well and looking for the 27 pelicans was fun. We will be back!

Great vacation house, steps from the beach.

The house was great. We had a large family group with age ranges from 13 to 90. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook large meals. We made use of the extra fridge in the basement. We used the hot tub, played lots of ping pong and played some corn hole and foosball. There were beach toys and beach chairs although we did not use. It was cool and we enjoyed being close to the beach for walks and enjoying the sunrises and sunsets. We used the beach bikes to ride up to Coligny, Tiki Hut and Sea Pines. There were plenty of towels and starter soaps so we could run the dishwasher and laundry when needed. Th elevator worked great to get Mom up and down. We would definitely rent again.

This was our second year staying at this house and hopefully not our last. My first comment was, "It still looks as beautiful as it did last year." The location is perfect with easy access to the beach. There is nothing but good things to say about your house! There were 16 of us and had plenty of room to spread out. It was tough to leave this year.😎
