A community pool and kids' pool are also available for the enjoyment of Inverness guests. As you enter, the kitchen is located to your right with beautiful granite countertops, custom cabinets, and all new stainless appliances. There is also a breakfast table with seating for up to four. The dining room, which is open with the kitchen and living room, has a table seating up to six and a beautiful granite bar area. In the spacious living room you will find cathedral ceilings, leather sofa and matching loveseat, TV, and a sliding door leading to the private deck with four chairs and beautiful lagoon views.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, small walk-in closet, and a sliding door also leading out to the deck shared with the living room. This room also has a private bathroom with double granite sink and a large walk-in shower. In the guest room you will find two twin beds, TV, and a bathroom with granite countertops and a tub/shower combination. This bathroom is not private but is shared with the hall.
