HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Main Sail – a luxurious villa complex on Hilton Head Island overlooking Shelter Cove Marina in Palmetto Dunes Resort. Each villa features water views from almost every room, screened porches, two master suites, and many upgrades. A private gated entrance leads to the centrally located Main Sail complex with beautifully landscaped grounds. Amenities include an expansive adult pool and spa, children’s wading pool, and grilling area. Enjoy strolling the extensive walkways around Shelter Cove Marina, which offers an array of wonderful restaurants and shops. Convenient bike paths lead to the beach in Palmetto Dunes. Main Sail also has elevators to all floors.

This villa is on the fourth floor of Building A overlooking the pool and marina. The open floor plan gives one a feeling of spaciousness, and large windows offer an amazing marina view from every room in the property. The kitchen has granite countertops and all top line appliances including a double door refrigerator, microwave, smooth top range and a washer & dryer in the adjoining laundry room. There is seating for four at the dining room table and more seating at the nearby breakfast bar. A half bath is conveniently located off the front foyer. The living room area has comfortable seating and a large TV. A sliding door leads to a screened porch with room for outdoor dining, perfect for enjoying the incredible views.

There are two master suites. The right-side master has a king bed, side chair & TV. There is a large private bath with walk in closet, double vanity, jetted tub and separate shower. There is access to the screened porch from this bedroom. On the left side is where you will find the second master, also with a king bed, TV, and a cozy nook with two chairs that makes a comfortable reading area. There are long views of the marina from this area. The private bath has a jetted tub and separate shower. Everything you could ask for!

*Parking is limited to two parking spots. We are not able to order more than two parking passes per reservation. *

**Free shuttle service to the beach and throughout Shelter Cove through Palmetto Dunes Buggy. Available April through September.

Absolutely delightful

The condo is incredibly well cared for. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners and prep lunches. The view is wonderful - our kids loved watching the happenings at the marina from the living room windows. The living room was also perfect for watching the fireworks! Convenience of the pool, local shops/restaurants, and access to the beach in Palmetto Dunes made this a perfect week.

Peaceful

Even though we were right next to the Marina, we didn't hear any boats. The condo was beautiful. Close enough to everything. No complaints what so ever!! We'll be back!

Relaxing Week in Hilton Head

This condo is awesome! Exactly as pictured. Spacious, well-stocked, great location/view, convenient. Comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. Shelter Cove is a great place to stay - close to shopping and dining choices. Access to bike paths.

Awesome location, fabulous views

Everything about this was pleasant. We never tired of the Shelter Cove views and found many restaurants within walking distance. The only knock ( reason I only gave a 4 for cleanliness) is that the carpet in the living room and hall area needs cleaning

We have stayed in this condo several times before this July 2020. We enjoy a place like home and that is what you get in this condo. Everything you need is there and kept in perfect condition. Because of Covid I was concerned about the cleanliness, but no worries. Everything was sanitized and clean. I hope they keep their cleaning lady because she is great! Best condo ever! We have been staying in Mail Sail every year for over 10 years. This is our second year in a row in this unit. We really enjoy 403. It is nicely furnished and very clean. The only minor complaint that I would have is with the bathroom sinks. The pressure is really high and sprays you when you wash your hands and you end up with a wet shirt every time. Not a huge problem but just a little bit annoying. Other then that we really love the unit and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be looking into booking it again for next year. Thanks for a pleasant vacation!

We love the unit and staying at Mail Sail. The only negatives for us were the little nats in the unit and we didn’t feel the front door lock properly. If we didn’t slam the door it would not shut. We do hope to rent the unit again next year.
