1581 Lagoon Villa is a beautiful coastal getaway with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Sea Pines Plantation in the South Beach Marina Area!

As you enter this property, you are greeted by the beautiful fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. With an island in the middle, there’s tons of counter space and two bar seats to watch the action in the kitchen! Just to your left you’ll find seating for four at a dining room table. Opening up from the kitchen is a gorgeous bright living space with a large couch and two arm-chair’s for additional seating. The vaulted ceiling, sliding door windows, and beautiful blue and gray color scheme create a tranquil and airy room, perfect for spending quality time with your family.

The master bedroom has a king bed and private master bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a guest bedroom with a king bed that shares a bathroom with the other guest bedroom with two twin beds!

Through the sliding doors off of the living area, there is a wonderful and spacious back deck with multiple sun-bathing chairs, and a table with four chairs for an outdoor meal! This back deck is directly on the lagoon and offers a peaceful and quiet outdoor area for ultimate relaxation!

With so much greenery and nature surrounding you, and such a beautiful villa, 1581 Lagoon Villa is a perfect getaway for you and your loved ones!

Great place

I studied for days as a first timer and finally chose this place. Afterwards becoming familiar with the island it was perfect for what we wanted. Secluded but a half block to the tennis courts, a block from a place like the salty dog and two blocks to the path to the beach. We didn’t want to be in the middle of it all, but wanted to feel like we were on vacation. Bingo! The property was very nice and cozy.

Fantastic location and property.

My family of 5 stayed the week between Christmas and New Years and had a fantastic trip. I needed to communicate with the property manager a couple of times and had quick responses. The wifi was not working when we checked in and was not able to be fixed until the second day of our trip but even this was handled very well! The sliding doors and blinds need a little love but we absolutely loved the villa and location. We are long time Sea Pines vacationers and have stayed in many places around the island. This property is going down as one of our favorites for sure!

We have stayed in Sea Pines for 15 years. This house was tops for all the different places we have stayed. The front courtyard was so welcoming and when we arrived. The house was super clean upon entry. Thankful for plenty of extra pillows and extra blankets. The back deck is huge and great for lounging. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots and pans, silverware and dishes you could need for a family of 5. The beach toys and chairs are a huge plus! The location is one of our faves. Walk to South Beach for lunch, dinner or drinks. From reservation time to check out, this house was top notch! Thanks for allowing us to rent for the Turkey Day week!

Beautiful Waterfront Rental with Well-appointed Kitchen

I took a week long trip in early June 2022 to Hilton Head where my extended family rented another home nearby and I stayed at this property. We split our time between both rentals and, as the family cook, I absolutely adored the kitchen in this space. It had ALL of the pots and pans and kitchen-gadgets I needed for the week and my family thoroughly enjoyed visiting at this great waterfront location.

Excellent beach location for activities & relaxation

We rented between Christmas & New Years and this location was fantastic. The villa has a nice big private back deck on the lagoon for relaxing. We walked over played tennis & pickle ball everyday at South Beach Tennis courts. We also walked next door to the Salty Dog cafe daily for either breakfast, meals, happy hour. The service at Salty Dog was great & the lights were beautiful. The property company for the villa was so easy to work with and the villa was very clean. Great stay!

Cozy villa perfect for family vacation

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this space to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay! The highlight for our family was the large back deck. We spent so much time relaxing our back! The space was clean and equipped with everything we needed for an easy stay. Check in was also very easy and hosts are super communicative. Would definitely come back!

Great location and we loved the back patio. However someone was in the property when we were gone. Tv was one which we didn’t even turn on and windows were open.
