1407 South Beach Villa - Just steps away from the Beach!

This beach-chic townhouse is conveniently located in the heart of South Beach! Just steps to the beach and South Beach Marina Village with it's shops, restaurants, watersport activities, and tennis courts; you will never be at a loss for what to do!

The on-site pool will open in April 2025, and swimming is allowed from 8:00 a.m. until SUNSET. The pool will close for the season on September 30th, 2025, and pool will reopen in 2026. Open date has not been released for 2026.

This place was spacious, very clean, and had great tennis and pickleball courts. Pool was nice and clean. Easy walk to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place in a great location

The property was wonderful. Clean, spacious, and well equipped. The location couldn't be better with a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to South Beach Marina. Exactly what we had hoped for.

Great location

Stayed with our two kids, each had their own room upstairs. Quiet beach less than 5 min walk, Marina, Salty Dog Cafe and Pool another 5 min walk the other way. Tennis courts and pickle ball right there as well. Can’t ask for a more convenient location.
