Welcome to one of the island's most comfortable townhomes located in tranquil Shipyard. Tennismaster 1103 offers 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a covered patio, a grill, and newly installed floors (2018).
The tiled foyer leads to a convenient powder room and then on to the galley-style kitchen, which features all-white appliances, tile floors, and granite countertops. Just outside the kitchen is an eat-in breakfast nook with a circular table and chairs for 3; a good place to sip coffee and nibble cookies, deal a deck of cards, or just read the local newspaper. The chic formal dining area is located just off the kitchen and offers comfy seating for 6.
A new 2- piece seating group hugs the living room along with a wicker armchair; a flat screen TV along with DVD provides entertainment. Access to the patio can be gained through the slider doors located in the living room. The covered patio features a wicker seating group with a table and 4 chairs which is perfect to dine al fresco while enjoying Hilton Head’s lush landscape and shrubbery.
Up the stairs you will find the primary and guest bedrooms, along with their individual bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, double closets, and a slider door to a private balcony. The guest bedroom is perfect for teens and young adults housing two twin beds, double closets, and a slider door to a private balcony with a landscape view.

The Tennismaster section of Shipyard has an on-site pool and it is only a short stroll to the beach or tennis club. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
Shipyard is centrally located on beautiful Hilton Head Island and provides easy access to over 200 restaurants, unique shopping, and world-class golf. Shipyard borders 12 miles of white sandy beach and offers bike paths, lagoons, golf courses, tennis courts, and an abundance of natural beauty.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Place was clean and free of bugs. It is an older property and was musty smelling upon arrival. We used air freshners and candle to make the place smell better. It was fine once we got settled in. Great location to get to the beach and enjoyed our stay.
This place is a dump. Very dirty, hair everywhere, mold and mildew as well. Plates on top of fridge were sitting in grime, hair and dirt. Property management team beyond rude and unprofessional. They did refund us all of our money but left us with no where to go while out of town. Luckily we found a reputable company that found us a clean place to stay. Run from this property and management team. This was easily the worst experience I put my family through while attempting to go on vacation.
Misrepresented advertising. Bedding was smelly. Hole in ceiling leaking water from upstairs shower. When reported told someone would fix. No one ever showed up. Asked for a replacement unit first day since our stay was short and told there was not a safety issue. Actually after 2 showers the dining room floor was covered with water. Our 6 year old slipped in it a couple times. Terrible experience. Will stay away from any sunset managed properties. With the exception of one person, they were all rude and never took care of any of our concerns . Why in the world would you take our money and rent a place that has an open hole in the ceiling with visible proof of a problem and treat us like nothing was wrong. The entire place needs work and refurbishment which ad said it had been updated… no way..it was old and smelly.
