Sunset Rentals | Evian 103 | Dog Friendly

This spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse villa is located in the popular Evian section of Shipyard. The villa has a great golf course view from many windows and the spacious back patio. The patio is equipped with a table for 6.

By day, the living room and dining area are bathed in the natural light flowing through the patio doors. In the evening, this area becomes a cozy respite from your busy day with a full entertainment center and wet bar.

Also on the first floor are the fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast area, a half bath, and a bedroom with two twin beds and private bath.

The main bedroom is on the second floor and features a king-size bed and a private bath with a large walk-in shower. In addition, this floor has a third bedroom with a queen bed and private bath.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Shipyard is centrally located on beautiful Hilton Head Island and provides easy access to over 200 restaurants, unique shopping, and world-class golf. Shipyard borders 12 miles of white sandy beach and offers bike paths, lagoons, golf courses, tennis courts, and an abundance of natural beauty.

Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Fantastic property manager and they respond immediately

The property was spacious, located in the prime golf course and near to beach. We were 6 people along with a dog. Few things we expected but missed were, shower and shampoo/bath soap for 4 days, extra trash bags, dish washing detergents and the ladies complained about not having a hair dryer. Overall the place was great and the property manager responded immediately for every query and got it resolved. Will defenitely stay again thou.

Long weekend in HH

Overall the stay was pleasant. Condo could have been better maintained and updated. The downstairs bedroom and bath need redone. Beds not comfortable and carpet dirty and bathroom old and needs remodeled. Upstairs bedrooms are better. Master bedroom was nice but the other needs remodeling in the bathroom. Old and very small. Carpets are stained and dirty. Location was great! Close to shopping and harbor town. Beach close by too.

Comfortable and nice - but not near the beach

This was a very nice, comfortable place to stay for 7 of us on a weeklong vacay. It was advertised as within a short walk to the beach. But this was definitely not walkable with our beach gear in tow. While we had a wagon, it still was too far to walk. So each day, we had to put everything in the car and drive to the beach. Not what we envisioned. Overall, well maintained and excellent service when we needed an extra set of sheets or had questions. Outstanding communication up to and throughout booking, check in and check out.

Great location

My family really enjoyed our stay here for Christmas week. The house is located less than a mile from the beach. We were able to ride our bikes there everyday. We got a voucher to rent 4 bikes at no cost with the rental so that was a nice bonus. The Ship Yard neighborhood where the house is located was very nice, friendly residents/ guests and super quiet. Communication was all done by text and they were very responsive. Everything in the house functioned as they should. Only recommendation for improvement is that house could use a little TLC/ updates like the stained carpeting on the 2nd floor. But overall the house was clean. Having a full bathroom for each bedroom was great!

Perfect family getaway

The property was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen was stocked and the property was steps from the community pool which was never overcrowded. We rented bikes which we used for a 10 minute ride to the beach and Coligny Plaza and the rental came with a credit for bike rentals. The community is great for biking, walking, jogging. I am looking forward to returning for another stay soon !

Great time at the beach!

This place had everything that we needed for a great Thanksgiving stay. The company made everything easy to rent. The place was overall clean (beds, toilets, sinks) but some of the smudges on the doors or walls by the lights, etc.
