    This ground-level one-bedroom, one-bathroom Clipper Court villa offers modern updates and stylish amenities. Enjoy new flooring, countertops, kitchen appliances, a refreshed bath vanity, a tiled shower, and contemporary furnishings.

    The spacious ground-level unit features a large back patio perfect for outdoor relaxation. Inside, you'll find tile flooring throughout, a galley-style kitchen with sleek cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances, and convenient access to an adjacent laundry room. The dining area comfortably seats four and opens to both a balcony and the expansive patio.

    The inviting living room is furnished for comfort and includes a mounted flat-screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa, with direct access to the patio. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and provides direct entry to the beautifully updated bathroom with a walk-in shower.

    This property is dog-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 30lbs or less. The pet fee is $125.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 pending no damage to the villa.

    This villa is just a short walk to Harbour Town Marina, local restaurants, and shops. Enjoy both convenience and comfort in this well-appointed retreat.
