Private Beach Access Condo, Unit 104

  • This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in the desirable Shorewood Villas complex in South Forest Beach. It features a walkout patio that is steps from the pool and private beach access. Every room is equipped with a smart TV device, cable and High-speed Wi-Fi. The living room has a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs. The master suite has a California King bed with its own walk out patio and a bathroom. There is a play yard available in the master closet. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed along with bunk beds. The bunk beds have a weight limit of 175lbs. The living room is furnished with a comfy memory foam queen pullout couch and has access to the patio.

    The complex includes a heated outdoor pool, hot tub and a 1 ft children's pool. The pool is heated from the beginning of March until the end of April and from the beginning of October through the end of November. The hot tub is heated year round.

    Coligny Park is a short 5 minute walk away and offers dining, shopping, live entertainment and a brand new Adventure Playground (2020). Bicycle rental and grocery stores are also a short walk away. The legendary Tiki-Hut with its live music, bar and dining is a must visit. Beach volleyball is available next to the Tiki-Hut. Also, don't forget the amazing beach.
