This one bedroom/one bathroom villa at 414 Ocean Dunes offers direct access to the BEST BEACH on the island! Year after year, Travel+Leisure has voted Hilton Head the #1 ISLAND in the continental U.S!!!
A heated pool with ample seating and umbrellas is all that is between you and beach access.
Modern appliances, granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, shiplap and updated decor make this a beach beauty. Fresh paint with smooth ceilings for 2025 offer a clean look and feel. A 49" wall mounted HDTV, new lighting, new ceiling fans, and a recently upgraded bathroom with a walk in shower and bedroom with upgraded storage areas add to the comfort of this unit. New luxury plank flooring in all rooms provides a clean polished look.
Swim in the Atlantic or our resort style **heated** beachfront pool. We have a bbq grilling area with outdoor seating and access to private beach cabana bathrooms! Beach "boardwalk style" access with full outdoor showers and a gathering area have also been added to our property.
We are conveniently located between Coligny Circle and Sea Pines. Ocean Dunes Villas are a ten minute walk to Celebration Park and Coligny Center. There, you find festivals, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and family fun. Our complex features an elevator, coin laundry on each floor, and plenty of new bicycle racks (bicycles not included but available for rent down the street). Included with this rental unit is the newest 5G high speed Internet access from Time Warner(Spectrum).
Lush landscape creates a beautiful surrounding. Newly gated entrance from the street secures private parking for our guests.

Hilton Head Island is home to nine uninterrupted miles of beautiful beaches. Enjoy sunning, swimming, fishing and dolphin watching! Spend your days playing golf at one of fifteen public courses, playing tennis at one of our world famous tennis centers, learn to play Pickleball, or bike on over 60 miles of trail.
A short 45 minute drive brings you to Savannah, Georgia. Enjoy shopping, tours and restaurants. A two hour drive brings you to Charleston, more tours, restaurants and shopping await you in this historic city. Don't forget to stop at the Tanger Outlets located just off Hilton Head Island on your way back!

Housekeeping and Management are located across the street making check in and check out very convenient. A private parking pass will be issued along with keys to the Villa at check in time.
This is a NON SMOKING UNIT. Fines will be applied.
A private bedroom includes a queen sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and double closet with plenty of drawers, shelves, and hangers. It has an AC unit and a quiet ceiling fan. A wall mounted Smart TV makes this a great area to unwind any time of day.

Check in process was simple and easy. They allowed us to check in an hour or so early, which really made it nice for us. Place is exactly as advertised. Very nice. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was probably the cleanest unit we have ever rented! You add a gorgeous view with a beautiful sunrise every morning and it does not get any better. Plenty of towels, Keurig, and the conveniences of home help made our vacation perfect. We will return!

Beautiful HHI Relaxation!

Our condo was clean, comfortable, convenient, and had a wonderful view! It was quiet and cool as well. This was our first try staying at at condo at the beach and we loved being able to cook our foods and watch the waves from our balcony. We will be back! ♥️

Absolute Paradise!!

This villa was perfect in every way! It was the perfect size for 2 adults. It was clean and beautiful. There was easy access to the beach and pool. The views from the balcony were breathtaking!! We were within walking distance to many of the local attractions. We will for sure be staying here again!!

Perfect get away

What else can we say but this spot was exactly what we hoped it would be! So clean, such a great view and being on the 4th floor allowed us to have more privacy on balcony than the lower floors, yet the pool was directly below and a nice more quiet area. We will for sure come back, it already feels like a second home! Totally recommend 5 stars!

Perfect location - amazing ocean view!

The condo is just the right size for a couple - very cozy & tastefully decorated! Great location - a short walk or bike ride to many restaurants & stores. Beach access was so easy. We had a few questions prior to our trip & Nancy was very helpfully & responded quickly to each one! Thanks Nancy - we are looking forward to staying here again!

Post Radiation Getaway

This condo was perfect for our needs! We enjoyed the porch with wonderful views-Sunrises, deer, dolphins, rabbits, lots of birds! The pool was great! Quiet and Restful

Perfect location, pool just a few steps away and the beach a few steps beyond. All the shopping and restaurants near by, but you would never know it as the area around the villas was so quiet. It was a one bedroom villa but very roomy, it had those cozy hallway bunk beds for children and a sleeper sofa. Perfect for a couple or small family. Everything was modern, clean and nicely decorated. I was on the balcony every morning enjoying my coffee and the georgeous sunrise's.

Outstanding View of the Ocean!!

Overall, this Vrbo is in a great location. Property is a little older so the pool and facilities could use a little better upkeep. Nancy was very responsive to our needs. Bed was comfortable but it it could use a better box spring as it is squeaky. Overall it is good for two people which was just us but it is not a large place. Would recommend staying here and we would come back here should we visit again.

Perfect spring time getaway

This was a return trip for us to this particular location and this stay was as good or better than our last stay. The owner is available for any problems that might arise and provided so many extra touches to make us feel comfortable and right at home. Great location and great personnel at check in. Keyless entry makes everything so simple. Wonderful shower and great bed and a kitchen that provides everything that you might need. And the view is one that never gets old. We spent lots of hours just sitting and enjoying that ocean. We found our happy place and we were sad to leave but hopefully we will return.

Ocean/Pool view

The condo and the whole complex was well taken care of and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. Great shower! We used the pull out and it worked well and was comfortable. Owner was quick to reply to all my questions and so easy to work with. All in all, a wonderful week in a great condo at our favorite place. Bonus - Written instructions about how to use the TVs!!

Great place in Hilton Head

Communication with the owner was great from the moment I booked. Check in could not have been easier because the property manager is literally right across the street. Complex was clean and well maintained. Luggage carts were a pleasant surprise. Villa was spotless and nicely decorated. Location is perfect. Steps to the pool and beach and beach rental right at beach access. No need to lug a shelter and chairs and set up every day. Walking distance to Coligny shops and restaurants and also to Bi Lo grocery + shops and restaurants near there. Perfect size for a couple or young family. Will definitely be back.

Darling Beachfront Condo!

Thank you Nancy for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo! We had an amazing week! The view is amazing with the pool below our balcony & the ocean for as far as the eye can see! My husband & i came for my 60th birthday & i couldn't have picked a better location or condo. The condo was super clean & had a darling, updated beach theme with a fresh, modern kitchen and bathroom with white cabinets, granite & a glass, barn door, walk-in shower. We seemed centrally located to everything on the island & enjoyed many of the fabulous restaurants & shopping. Nancy was always quick to answer any questions & had great recommendations. The management company was also friendly & helpful. We will definitely be back!

April HHI Trip

The accommodations were very good. As stated in the listing, the upgraded bathroom and kitchen were great. We enjoyed the view to the water and the quietness of the pool area. The condo was very clean. We spent our evenings on the lanai in the chairs just enjoying the sound of the ocean. We were able to use the beach chairs that were in the condo. However, the umbrella was old and broken. This really wasn’t an issue, but it would have been nice to have had some shade on the beach. We have definitely put this place and HHI on our list to return. Thank you for a great vacation experience.

Great balcony view!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Though we saw the pictures before booking, it was smaller than we expected. However, it was very clean and in the location we wanted. We appreciated the nice shower rather than a shower/tub. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with tall Adirondack type chairs so we weren’t looking through the railing. It did get pretty noisy there as the pool was directly below us. Large family groups with kids were enjoying themselves there all day and into the early evening. We would have preferred a quieter balcony. While this condo was as described and fit our needs, we would not rent there again because of the proximity to the pool with the daily noise.

Hilton Head getaway

The bed is nice and firm and you don't sink into the middle! That is my biggest peeve when we go on vacation!! The toys for the beach are either on the patio or under the bunk beds! The room is perfectly spacious for Mom and Dad and two kids! Villa #414 has got a great view of the beach and a wonderful breeze, you are not stuck in a sweltering hot box! There is a laundry directly outside the door and for just a few quarters I was able to wash everything up that we wore the whole week! Full size kitchen appliances keep everything really cold and heat everything up really hot as they should! The best surprise we had, tons of towels and tons of hangers already in the closet! Great communication and the office is right across the street!

Lovely Stay

Perfect setting for a cozy getaway. The view was beautiful and it’s literally steps away from the beach. The villa looked exactly as pictured. Check in was a breeze and Nancy was very responsive.
