This top-floor, one-bedroom, one-bath villa features a private oceanfront balcony, ideal for morning coffee, dolphin watching, or relaxing evenings with the sea breeze. Balcony-height furniture and an exterior ceiling fan enhance outdoor comfort, and pickleball paddles are available for guest use.
Step directly onto one of the best beaches on Hilton Head Island, consistently voted the #1 island in the continental U.S. by Travel + Leisure. A heated beachfront pool with umbrellas and ample seating sits just steps from the sand.

You can't beat the view! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean and watching the boats. Condo is well decorated and had everything we needed. Nancy was so nice to work with. The only problem with our stay was its was to short. Will rent from again.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had fantastic views. It is close enough to walk or bike to Coligny Plaza, but far enough away from the crowds. Nancy was awesome to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was the best! It was easy access to the beach and pool. The kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast and lunch preparations. The location in the Coligny area is our favorite on the island. Very close to many great restaurants. We will be back!

Perfect get away

What else can we say but this spot was exactly what we hoped it would be! So clean, such a great view and being on the 4th floor allowed us to have more privacy on balcony than the lower floors, yet the pool was directly below and a nice more quiet area. We will for sure come back, it already feels like a second home! Totally recommend 5 stars!

Beautiful HHI Relaxation!

Perfect spring time getaway

This was a return trip for us to this particular location and this stay was as good or better than our last stay. The owner is available for any problems that might arise and provided so many extra touches to make us feel comfortable and right at home. Great location and great personnel at check in. Keyless entry makes everything so simple. Wonderful shower and great bed and a kitchen that provides everything that you might need. And the view is one that never gets old. We spent lots of hours just sitting and enjoying that ocean. We found our happy place and we were sad to leave but hopefully we will return.

Beautiful but Very crowded

The condo was the perfect place for our getaway. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was our first visit to HHI and we were taken aback at how crowded it was. The beach in front of condo was insane with little to no beach etiquette shown. The pool area was not very clean w moldy chairs and grime around edge of pool. HHI itself was very beautiful with plenty of options for eating and activities. We loved the condo but if we go back will pick a different time of the year and possibly a new location.

Darling Beachfront Condo!

Thank you Nancy for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo! We had an amazing week! The view is amazing with the pool below our balcony & the ocean for as far as the eye can see! My husband & i came for my 60th birthday & i couldn't have picked a better location or condo. The condo was super clean & had a darling, updated beach theme with a fresh, modern kitchen and bathroom with white cabinets, granite & a glass, barn door, walk-in shower. We seemed centrally located to everything on the island & enjoyed many of the fabulous restaurants & shopping. Nancy was always quick to answer any questions & had great recommendations. The management company was also friendly & helpful. We will definitely be back!
