New sleeper sofa.
Our condo has quick and easy access to the beach and pool.

We will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. Extra disinfection will be used on items such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, remote control, etc... Towels and bedding are washed in HOT water between stays.

If you need additional room, we own the condo next door (A225).

Our condo is ocean front across the front of the "A" building. It is very close to the pool and beach! Go to the photos to see the awesome ocean view!

Perfect family spot

Stayed for a week with 2 children, 2 y.o. and 5 y.o. They loved the pools! We loved the easy access to beach. The restaurants in the resort were great too. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. Thanks so much!

Great Trip

We had a fantastic time on HHI! Property was in a great location. Close to the beach and we enjoyed being able to rent bikes right on site and explore everything the island has to offer. Will definitely stay again on our next trip!

Relaxing weekend away

The condo was very clean and just as shown in photos. Absolutely loved the balcony with the view; we spent hours enjoying the sound of the ocean, the breeze and the peace. Would definitely stay again or recommend to family/friends.

Family fun!

This place was great! You cannot beat the location and the view is amazing. We walked to the beach every day and swam for a few hours. It was great that the beach was right there. The place was very clean and we enjoyed our time at this condo. We made great memories here.

Spring Trip

The condo was very clean and well appointed, the owners answered all inquiries quickly. We really enjoyed having beach access right out of our front door and having a restaurant and bar on site. If we return to the area we will defiantly stay here again.

This condo was better than the pictures show. It was spotless, and has a million dollar view. Lorri was so easy to communicate with, and added several personal touches for our stay. We will definitely be back!

Perfect unit, perfect location!

The condo was perfect for our family needs and in a great location! Though the island isn’t terribly big and most things are within a 15-20 mins drive, we found the location on the north side to be perfect and a little less busy. We will definitely be back again! Loved the pool with bar and restaurants on-site and the oceanfront unit! Kids had a blast and loved the bunk bed setup as well! Thanks so much!

Perfect getaway!

We visited last may and it was a much needed bit of R and R. The condo is cozy,cute, and very clean. The owners even left a basket of snacks which was an extra unexpected plus. I got on this site to see about booking another visit and was asked to leave a review by VRBO. I should have done this months ago because we enjoyed the condo and fell in love with HH.

Michele & I had a fantastic time for a long weekend getaway…I have spent 32 years coming to Beach & Tennis (as both an owner and a renter) and this is a great unit!! Amazing stay at this ocean front condo!

Wow. From the moment we stepped in to this unit we knew we made the best choice for our 11 day holiday hideaway. The condo is perfectly sized for a family of four and was so new and clean feeling. We loved watching sunrise from our balcony every morning. The resort has a lot of fun amenities for a family. The beach is such an easy walk. Lorri was fantastic with her communication as our host. We look forward to staying here again. Highly recommend!!!

Cute Folly Field condo with a beautiful view!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The location is great and the view from the balcony is amazing. The condo is on the second floor directly facing the ocean, with easy access to the beautiful beach and huge pool. It was super convenient to have a pizza place and Coconutz sports bar on the property as well. We went there for dinner one day and watched football on the deck Sunday afternoon. They show all the games! My husband was in heaven. It was so relaxing I wish I could have stayed another week! The owner, Lorrie was wonderful at communicating and made everything was easy.

This was our first time to Hilton Head. The unit is in a great location close to the pool and beach! We also enjoyed the view sitting on the balcony drinking coffee each morning watching the sunrise. Also enjoyed see the Buck Moon rising over the ocean. Great place we would definitely consider staying here again!
