This is a BEAUTIFUL Completely Remodeled 1 Bedroom condo that is in Seaside Villas, an Ocean Front Complex! Wonderful Romantic get-a-way retreat ! Ocean views and just steps to the beach. You will find none nicer, there is nothing else like this in SeaSide Villas! This condo has been completely remodeled and has extremely high end finishes. Quality craftmanship and sleek designs, all new furnishings, luxury plank flooring, fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, smooth top cooktop, convection oven, smart microwave, dishwasher drawer and built-in refrigerator! Custom cabinetry and granite countertops. KEURIG coffee brewer, Ninja juicer/blender and toaster. Balcony table for ocean view dining! New Serta Queen hybrid mattress, lots of closet space and dresser drawers, custom made Capiz pendant lighting, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. WONDERFUL view of the ocean and close access to beach! This unit also provides beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler! This unit also includes 2 BEACH CRUISER bikes at no extra charge, no need to rent your own! This is located on the quiet side of the complex for a bit more privacy! Has a large pool and BBQ area, outdoor showers are provided and Seaside Villas is located on the main bike path! Please limit your stay to 2 weeks. Absolutely no pets ($500 per day fine) and No Smoking! Thank you!

Perfect location

We have been coming to Hilton Head for the past 12 years and loved the location between Coligny and Sea Pines. We were able to ride the bikes or walk everywhere. The unit was very clean and updated.

April Stay

Great location, so close to beach, restaurants and Sea Pines. Having the bikes to use was great as HH is so bicycle friendly and it saves the cost and hassle of hiring bikes. The villa is small but tastefully decorated and has a restful vibe.

Perfect location for a relaxing getaway!

This unit has many updates and was perfect for just the two of us! Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location. Anything we needed was readily available! The only thing that could be improved was the mattress- we both found it quite uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no mattress pad, just sheets on the bare mattress (which I didn’t care for in a rental unit). There are plenty of great dining and shopping options within walking distance! We didn’t move the car our entire trip (which my husband was happy about)! Definitely would return to this lovely property!

Lovely stay!! Up one flight of steps. Within walking or biking distance to everything! Beach was beautiful stretches of white sand and the pool was refreshing as well! Loved the short walk to the beach and only one flight of stairs. Beautifully updated and stylish. Parking was never a problem. Outdoor shower was helpful. Located close to great restaurants, both casual and fancy as well as grocery, drug store and anything else you would want.

Perfect Space and Incredible Location

Property was clean and exactly as advertised. The location was incredible! Easy beach access and a very short walk to restaurants and shops (even shorter if you use the fun bikes that are included which I highly recommend). Property manager was incredibly responsive and left a welcome gift which was a lovely touch. I also enjoyed the books with notes from previous guests and took some of their recommendations. I have zero regrets about choosing this property and highly recommend.

The property was close to Coligny Square restaurants and shops. Older building. The bed was hard as a rock. Living area was smaller than the photos made it appear.
