Best Western in Hilton Head Island

"We enjoyed a one night stay, as we traveled further south, breaking up our vacation journey. The time during the day spent on the beach was fantastic and the evening was exceptional getting to watch some live music with my wife hanging out by the cabana bar."

"Rooms are showing wear and tear...paint nicks. Also first room was so musty smelling we requested to be moved. Second room was better but still needed some TLC on paint as well as entry door to hallway for our room entry. Some of front desk staff was helpful, however young woman who checked us in was not."

"Terrible!!!!!!! No hot water and no help what so ever. Asked kindly for compensation for the inconvenience and nothing. Apparently it’s my problem. Not being able to take a shower and how they are cleaning linen and the kitchen with cold water doesn’t sound very sanitary to me. "

"The staff needs a reality check in customer service. Overall, just rude and unprofessional. The only kind people we encountered were the ladies staffing the breakfast area in the mornings. Most front desk staff acted inconvenienced when approached by a guest. Guests are usually vacationing and the last thing they want to deal with is an unhappy Employee. "

"The property at the Omni resort in Hilton head is beautiful and well maintained. We had a little hiccup upon check in with our room. But the hotel staff quickly intervened and found us a comparable alternative. I’d say the best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was lovely, accommodating, and genuinely interested in keeping the guests happy."

"The breakfast menu was minimal. Fresh fruit would have been a good addition, yogurts also. The breakfast staff was surly but did refill was was missing. "
