Beautiful, Full Remodel! 2 Bd/2 Bath, 1st Floor, Secluded, Closest To Beach

Comfortable and very clean just one block from the beach. 2Bed/2Bath condo in Forest Gardens, South Forest Beach area near Coligny.. This includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and electric range/stove, toaster and coffee maker. You will also find a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a single over double bunk bed in the guest bedroom. The very spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed with attached private bath. This is a beautifully landscaped complex with walking trails and bicycle paths that will take you anywhere on HHI, or enjoy the pool nearby. You also have tennis, biking, golf, shopping and dining at Coligny Plaza all within a few minutes of the condo. Sorry, but no pets and no smoking.

Easy route to the beach and very clean. Loved that it was on the ground level and there was a semi-shaded area to keep the bikes right outside the door. Easy check in and good communication too!

Thanksgiving Trip

Great reprieve from winter

A terrific location for first time visitors to the island. We could easily walk to the beach, public tennis/pickleball courts, and Coligny plaza. Only drawback, was the large indoor tennis center located near the unit. While staying there we had renters above us who walked very heavily which was a bit disturbing at certain hours of the day/night. The unit was well appointed and very tastefully decorated with a beach like theme. The kitchen/ bathrooms were also well stocked with all the essentials which we were very thankful to have upon our arrival. Joel was easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Forest Gardens Unit 101

This was our 2nd year for the property...Last year we had a lot of noise from upstairs,,,This year not as bad but still foot steps which is normal for forest Gardens...The Tennis courts were noisy from the kids playing and screaming but otherwise not bad..The condo was clean and had everything you would want in it...Joel and Connie were very good and helped out any time we had questions...The best hosts ever...

Beach waves

Our trip was great! The condo was exactly as described, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed except for our groceries for the week! The beach was close enough that we were able to walk there with no issues even with our two year old walking along. The only problem we had was with the internet being down when we first arrived, but that was due to a local problem and not with the property itself. All in all our stay was relaxing. The only things we would suggest would be to consider some blackout curtains in the bedrooms due to some excessive light from the tennis center and upgrading the TVs. The TVs in the bedrooms were glitchy and somewhat difficult to watch even though we signed in with our own account and all of them were a bit on the small side. The glitchy-ness of the TVs can probably be remedied by having your own streaming devices. All that being said, none of these things caused any major issues for us during our stay as we were there to enjoy the island/beach. We would very much consider staying here again in the future.

The condo was beautiful and modern with a perfect beachy feel! We had plenty of space for 5 adults coming and going at various times during our stay. The owners are very responsive and nice! Would definitely stay here again!

We’re already planning a return trip

This condo quickly felt like home. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed all the little amenities. The place was very clean and exactly as pictured - a little bigger than we expected actually. Our kiddo loved the bunkbeds. The master bed was comfortable . But I do wish there were blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The rooms did get pretty bright pretty early. By day 2 we decided we wanted to come back to Hilton Head next year and stay in the same place. The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes pulling a wagon with a 9-year old walking with us. The pool was great, we went several times. Perfect for the evenings with a kid. We did walk into town to the Coligny Plaza Shopping Center once. That was a bit far for us. I’d recommend riding a bike or driving. We did discover that if you went around 5-5:15 you had a much better chance of getting a parking spot and little to no wait to be seated to eat. We went later one evening and had about a 45 minute wait. But we liked walking around and checking out all the shops while we waited.

We had a nice 4 day stay here! The owners were timely in responding to questions and the condo is lovely. Everything has been updated and the full washer/dryer set was so nice to have. Would definitely stay here again.

Golf and beach stay

It was very nice! The king bed was nice and firm and the bathrooms had been remodeled in the last year or so. The distance to the beach wasn't bad and was very doable. There are two things I would change. Add a blender to the property and add check out directions.

First family vacation

We were visiting family with our 6 month old. This condo was perfect for us! Host was so easy to communicate with and made arrival very flexible. Plenty of space, clean and easy access to all areas of the island! We will definitely be back!

Just Right

The pictures do not do this property justice. The unit is perfectly clean and bright and was more than enough space for my family of 4. The location is a 2 minute drive to all the things at Coligny, including free beach parking. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need (pots, pans, silverware, salt, pepper, cooking spray, dish soap, sponge etc) We brought our own laundry detergent knowing we’d need to do a couple loads (2 y/o and an infant) however they had some as well. The washer/dryer were very convenient to have. We would highly recommend this unit to a family traveling to HHI. It is a corner 1st floor unit with just enough privacy.

We love Hilton Head

Although I booked this, I was unable to go on the trip to celebrate my Mother In Laws 90th birthday. My husband went and said that it was a great place to stay and would do so again.

I feel some compensation is due here

the place seemed run down and smelled when you opened the door, there was roaches in bathrooms , the tile in front of master shower was cracked and it rocker when you stood on it, and you should really have a grab bar in the shower. the floors in master bedroom were sloping toward the bathroom. There was mold in washer around the the rubber and i washed a few items they smelled worse after I washed them.

Lovely place to stay in Hilton Head.

Beauitiful condo

Nic, well stocked and plenty of room for everyone. We loved this condo, rhe owners had it well appointed. Would definitely stay here again. Only down side is the closet beach access had a long walk through the sand but it was more private than accessing the beach at Colginey.
