Welcome to 142 North Sea Pines Drive!! This beautiful five bedroom, four bedroom home is located close to the beach in Sea Pines. With 3,700 square feet, this home can host a group of up to twelve guests total. You'll have your toes in the sand in no time by taking a quick walk/bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club.

• Distance to Beach: 1/2 Mile to Beach - Easy Walk or Bike Ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Great place to spend the days as they have dining options, restroom facilities and even a surf shop! There is a leisure path at the foot of the driveway that will lead you to the Beach Club.

• Outdoor Porch Overlooking the Private Pool - Outdoor Dining Table/Seating + Gas Grill (propane will be provided for you). For sunnier days, there is a retractable awning that will cover the outdoor dining table should you prefer shade.

• 3,700 Square Feet

• Private Pool Info: The private pool is approximately 35 feet long by 15 feet at the widest. A very nice sized pool that gets plenty of sun! The pool is able to be heated for an additional fee. It is not able to be heated if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Typically this means it can be heated March through October for an additional fee. Must email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival to arrange for pool heat.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking: There is parking available at the home for up to six cars max. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week.

The house is very clean and nicely updated. Nice size rooms and great floor plan. Great location within Sea Pines. A quick bike ride to the beach, Salty Dog, and the beach club. Excellent communication with the management company. It was an easy and relaxing vacation! There were only five of us, but the home could have easily accommodated twice as many. I would recommend this home to anyone and would stay here again.

The home was perfect for us. The pool is wonderful. The layout of the house gives everyone their own space if they want, or enough room for everyone to gather together. The kitchen has everything. We’ll be back.

Amazing property! Fit all 12 of us no problems. Ages ranging from 1 - 65! The pool was perfect for all of us. The tables in different rooms allowed us to have different games and conversations going at the same time. We all really enjoyed the property.

Everything went very smoothly in the rental progress. Communication was great. Location fabulous. There were a few cleaning details that need addressing. It would have been nice to receive info about the house as to what was included and suggested items we would need. A booklet about the house and info about the area would have been nice to have.

Not only is it beautiful, but it's big enough for 7 year olds to really enjoy swimming and playing with teen age cousin. With two dens, we had lots of room to spread out. The chess/checker set that's inset into the coffee table in one den was the site of many a contest. Any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally by management. It was impressive to have such service. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could need. The beach is a bit of a walk but our younger kiddos loved the pool way more than the beach. Thank you so much.

Fantastic escape for the whole family!

Stayed here for the week with my wife, 2 boys, and 3 other couples with 4 of my nephews. Plenty of room, comfortable, amazing spot. Rent bikes as the beach is about a 3/4 mile walk

Perfect Family Home

We booked this home for our annual family vacation with our two children/spouses and their two children (1 and 3 years old). The bedroom arrangement worked perfectly. The house is a short bike ride from the beach and it ended up that we preferred that location, as opposed to facing the beach. Everyone loved the bike ride and we spent a lot of time at the house pool. It’s important to book your bikes ahead of arrival so they will be waiting in the driveway for you. Lastly, bring your own beach towels and hair dryer as they are not provided.

The house/floor plan was perfect for 8 adults! VERY spacious, very well stocked (i.e. kitchen dishes, cookware, everything). More than enough room for everyone. Two suggestions...1. Add a hand rail for access to the pool steps...(with one older couple they couldn't go into the pool no handrail down the steps). Master bedroom shower needs updating, or at least add a handicap bar for support when getting into the small shower. Great that there was a 2nd refrigerator in the garage. Everyone loved the house!
