7101 Treetops is a beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in South Forest Beach with resort style amenities and easy access to the beaches, activities and attractions of Hilton Head Island.

This elevated 1st floor Forest Beach villa has just a few steps to enter the property. The villa has an open concept floor plan and features wood flooring and comfortable furnishings. The living area features a flat screen TV, comfortable sleeper sofa and access to the private patio. The patio features a bistro table and a quaint porch swing, perfect for lounging. The dining area features seating for 4 with an additional 2 seats at the kitchen bar. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, new appliances and plenty of cabinet space.

The main bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The beautiful bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and vanity with a granite top. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, surrounded by built-in cabinets and access to a hall bathroom. The hall bath features a tub/shower combination and a vanity with a granite top.

Vehicle Policy: Treetops allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom, 4 adults total.

Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 75 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.

Guests of Ocean Breeze and Treetops have access to complex tennis courts and 3 complex pools. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach and Coligny plaza, which features shops, dining and entertainment!

Treetops, Hilton Head is in close proximity to Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Hilton Head Gem!

Loved the Treetops! Very nice ground level unit, close to all the essentials. Clean, quiet condo and loved the screened porch which had a mostly private space to enjoy morning coffee. Enjoyed time at the main pool which was 2 min walk. Rented a bike with trailer cart that was fantastic for trucking down beach supplies every morning. And the beach was superb, especially the fantastic drinks and music at the Tiki! Would definitely stay again!

7101 Treetops

We arrived and received a text message that the condo was ready to check it. We showed up and housekeeping was still cleaning. We were finally able to check in 2 hours later, way pass the 4:00 check in time. I still had to clean the bathrooms and dust. The next morning, the security code was disabled for an unpaid $23.10 which we didn’t owe and we could not access our condo for 4 hours. After multiple calls the rental agent gave us another code. The condo is nice but the unacceptable issues made the start of our vacation upsetting and frustrating.

Condo was comfortable and provided all the necessities for our stay. Location was great with a short walk to the beach.
