This lovely ocean side villa is located in building two with beautiful views of the onsite lagoons and fountain, outdoor and indoor pools and a limited ocean view from the living room and master bedroom. The guest bedroom has its own balcony with beautiful landscape views of the lagoon and fountain. There is access to the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. The large, open floor plan has a living room, dining room and fully updated kitchen. The unit features all new plank style flooring throughout. Beautiful tile can be found in the foyer, kitchen and bathrooms.

With coastal, stream-lined colors and décor, the living area features a 55" Smart TV, Blu Ray player, plenty of comfortable seating and a sliding door to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, front loading washer and dryer and an adjacent dining table that seats 6.

The master bedroom hosts a king size bed, 55" Smart TV, private balcony access and newly renovated bathroom with double sinks and quartz countertops and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is located off the main foyer area and also has two queen beds, and a 40" Smart TV, a newly renovated bathroom and a balcony with landscape views.

*HALLWAY FLOOR PAINTING TO BEGIN APRIL 13, starting with Building 3. Crews will work from the 5th floor downward. Each building is expected to take approximately one week to complete.
What to Expect
• Work hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Areas with cracks or holes will be sanded; this process will involve dust and loud noise.
• The painting process takes approximately one hour per area. Wet areas will be clearly marked and reopened once dry.
• A strong paint odor should be expected and may linger for up to two hours.

The Recreation Center/Health Club is open from 8:00-5:00 daily.
