great place

Terrific house for our golf getaway. Lots of rooms, plenty of space and a great deck/backyard. If you're looking for a comfortable house on Hilton Head Island near the beach, this is for you.

This is the third time our family has stayed at this home. It is a lovely home with plenty of space for all and a great back yard pool where you can float in the shade in the afternoon. Thank you for sharing! Hoping to make it 4 times next year!!

The house was as advertised. Very spacious and great location. It had a bit of a musty smell as mentioned in another review, but nothing that we couldn't deal with. Since we were traveling a long distance it was nice not to have to pack towels and beach towels. Communication prior to arrival was great. Communication and service was mixed prior to, during and after Idalia. I will try to provide more detail via another link we received.

Family reunion

Great location - near beach; quiet street. Size and layout of house were very accommodating for our two families. Pool, deck and patio are great. Beautiful surroundings in the back yard. The interior of the place is dated- furniture, fixtures, finishes. Kitchen needs an upgrade, including the dishwasher and better pots and pans and utensils to cook with. Finishes are builder grade and dated - I expected better at a HH house. One of the back bedrooms had a musty smell. But overall, you can't beat the location and size of the house. I think with some moderate upgrades, this house would be great. Management company was fantastic - very responsive and helpful after I left parking passes at home. A+ for service.

Great Family Home

The home looked exactly like the photos. Very clean. Great neighborhood and used the pool each day. Had enough space for my family of 11 that stayed and would recommend this house to others visiting the area. My only issue was with my stay is with The Vacation Company and accessing an additional parking pass.

Heaven on Earth

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space to spread out and also come together for happy hour and family meals. Clean and well maintained (this is our second year staying there) and beach towels included. The beach is just a short walk away and the pool is great after a long day at the beach. Hoping to return again next year! Thank you for sharing your home.

Family Reunion

Hilton Head never disappoints and our visit was extra nice because this house had everything we needed! Clean, well stocked and a great location. And the pool provided a great break from the heat of the day at the beach. We hope to return next year!!

Granddaughters 1st beach trip

Both grandparents accompanied her for her 1st trip to the beach. She did wonderful. House= location was a 4.25. Scale= 1 worst. 5 = best. House condition = 4.25. Cleanliness = 4.5. Only complaints are minor maintenance items. We truly enjoyed everything. Rental company responded well to phone request but no response to electronic messages.
