"Front desk lady didn’t even get up off her seat during check in. Breakfast was meh…hot water wasn’t even hot and had an odd taste. AC unit couldn’t be turned off. Room was clean, bed comfortable, ultra mini fridge didn’t feel cold. "

"The room description said balcony with ocean view. There was ocean view but also a view of the kitchen exhaust vent. The balcony was a step out could not sit out on the balcony. There was a live band that was so loud from 7pm til 10pm every night very loud right below our room."

"It's a great location and price is reasonable. The property is currently being renovated under new ownership after years of neglect apparently. It's quiet (on a Thursday night) and comfortable with a little harbor within walking distance with shops, restaurants, etc. I'd do it again."
