"When traveling solo with young children having a secondary lock on the door is necessary for safety. The room we were provided did not have a secondary lock. Thats a huge downside. "

"Don’t expect to get any sleep at Hampton inn broken arrow. Hotel surrounded by many many lanes of roadways. Entrance to hotel is same entrance for 2 other large hotels. Right next to large gas station mini mart open all night. Could not wait to leave and check into another hotel. Needs more healthy choices at breakfast. Worker was less than interested in making more omelets which took 20 minutes to get."

"I had an emergency had to have surgery a week earlier and I stayed at there hotel at a different location by the hospital in Tulsa I asked for a refund on the Bass Pro location because of broken foot surgery and they wouldn’t cancel. So I’m back to Holiday Inn "

"Staff was quite friendly and always very helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean with convenient kitchenette. Beds were comfortable. Climate control very good. On Wednesday evening hotel provided a complementary pizza and pasta meal with salad and beverages in dining room. It was a delightful bonus to our stay. Located near nice restaurants and extensive shopping venues. This was our second stay in this hotel. When in Tulsa we will stay here again. For us it is a wonderful facility. "
