It was suitable for us as we were just staying before we got up early for a flight at the airport. The lady who welcomed us was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. The room was dated, sofa bed my son slept on was very thin. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, but the shower worked well. We did have two little cube windows that had no blind so we had to cover them up ourselves. The TV was also very glitchy. It is positioned in a good area to go grab dinner though, easily walkable.

I dont know whos fault. I booked and paid thtiugh the Hotels.com app and on the check in day, the Blackhorse Hotel said i was not booked for. Thus i lost my money and had to book other hotel as the only room available at Blackhorse wasnt suited for me. No refund for me...becareful of using hotels.com ...
