Indoor pickle ball + sauna at lakeside 13BR house, Lakeside Property with Indoor Pickle Ball!

This huge lakeside retreat house is perfect for large groups to spread out and enjoy time together in any season.  With 11 bedrooms (each with king size beds) and a full size futon, we can sleep up to 23 adults comfortably. Enjoy amenities like our private indoor pickle ball court, pool table, foosball, 2 smart TVs, disc golf, firepit, and a 96 foot dock and 6 stand up paddle boards for fun on the water.

Kitchen includes 2 refrigerators, plenty of storage and cookware, a 36" electric stove, microwave, and a dishwasher to make cleanup go faster.

6 bathrooms, 4 with walk in showers, and plenty of white cotton towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

A large yoga or movement room on the second floor overlooks the beautiful lake, with 15 yoga mats and a few other props included. 

There's also a cozy media room with big screen TV and streaming services set up.  Plus a large all purpose "creative" room, great for art projects or board games, and we include basic art supplies and a variety of board games and puzzles for guests to use. Additionally there's a smaller sitting room for small groups to gather or for individuals to relax away from the larger group.
In the walk-out basement you'll find a game room with a pool table, foosball, a big TV and a couch to lounge on. There are also several windows for lots of natural light and a door out to the lake side of the property. Next to the game room is the laundry room with a washer and dryer along with laundry detergent.

The property sits behind a small church that's no longer being used regularly and has 800 feet of shoreline on a small lake with minimal boat traffic.  A canoe is available along with six stand up paddle boards, and there is a 96 foot dock with a small bench for relaxing. The lake is great for fishing, and we're working on clearing the plant life around the dock for a better swimming area. Right now the best swimming is in deeper water, when you take a stand up paddle board out and swim from there.
Use the giant grassy field for outdoor games or disc golf -- we have four holes set up and several discs for guests to use. Across the field is our field house with an indoor pickle ball court set up for guests to use during their stay. There's also a bar area and bathrooms in that building, along with a bluetooth sound system for playing music from your devices. Wi-fi is strong in both buildings.
