The cottage has been labeled "Gîte de France" and "Clé Vacances" since 2014. It is equipped with a large dining room -living room with fireplace.
The kitchen area has a fridge, an oven with hob (gas and electricity) and a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The necessary to eat and cook is available on site: dishes, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker and coffee pod machine, kettle ...
2 caterers will deliver hot meals on site if you wish otherwise you can shop in 2 small areas 3km or a large area 7 km.
Within a radius of 3 km 2 restaurants are: culinary or classic. Beyond in within 7 10km many other diverse restaurants can accommodate you.
We can accommodate 14 people in single beds or match your request couples beds. Each room has a private shower room with toilet.
In winter the house is heated by geothermal energy and the temperature is very comfortable.
Four garden rooms allow you to lunch on two terraces safely by monitoring the barbecue.
A large garden will be fun for outdoor enthusiasts, a large playground allows children and small children to play ping-pong, hopscotch, Breton pucks ...
Private parking is available and a closed place to store your bikes.
A washing machine is available in the house and a place for drying clothes away.
A deposit of 500 euros is requested on your arrival and returned the day of departure.

Excellent WE en famille !

Nous avons passé un excellent WE en famille. Nous avions loué tout le gite. Très bien placé pour de superbes ballades sans prendre la voiture et pour visiter la cote nord (Cap Frehel, valandré...). Le préau est un vrai plus pour les enfants et la table de ping pong, le jeu de palets ont été également très apprécié. A refaire ! Un grand merci à la propriétaire qui a été à l'écoute et nous a donné toutes les explications nécéssaires !

Excellent séjour

Le gîte "les mouettes rieuses" est particulièrement bien adapté à la vie d'un grand groupe ( nous l'occupions dans sa totalité y compris le studio). Le gite est très confortable sur tous les points ( espace, matériel à disposition, ustensiles et appareils ménagers, literie de qualité, lits faits à l'arrivée, propreté irréprochable, déco agréable, documentation à disposition généreuse et intéressante)La présence d'une salle d'eau ou bain contiguë à chaque chambre offre un confort très appréciable.Les extérieurs sont très agréables avec jeux anciens, mobilier de jardin etc . L'environnement maritime et champêtre est très fourni, une semaine n'est pas suffisante pour en faire le tour. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux, ils sont présents tout en étant très discrets. La description de la location et sa situation est très claire et correspond à la réalité. Nous avons dîné à Hillion "au bon st Nicolas" où là aussi l'accueil a été agréable. Nous recommanderons cette location et nous espérons revenir en groupe passer encore un moment de convivialité semblable à cette semaine de mai. Merci à Mme Guernion.

Très beau gîte !

Super séjour ! La région offre de magnifiques ballades à moto et à pied. Le gîte est parfait pour passer des moments conviviaux comme ceux passés ce week-end. A refaire et en plus long ! A bientôt La famille de motards

Gîte bien situé, beau et fonctionnel, bon acceuil

Accueil trés agréable, nous avons été trés bien renseignés par la propriétaire qui est à l 'écoute des locataires. Le gîte est prés du GR 34, ce qui est appréciable pour faire de belles ballades. La baie de ST Brieuc est super belle. De part l'organisation du gîte, il est possible de faire de nombreuses activités. Si vous ne savez pas où aller, nous vous conseillons Les Mouettes Rieuses.

Cadre dépaysant et accueil sympathique !

Très beau gîte qui permet de se retrouver en groupe tout en préservant l'intimité de chacun grâce aux chambres équipées de leurs salles de bains privatives. L'équipement du gîte est très fonctionnel (lave vaisselle, fer à repasser, WI FI...) Cadre dépaysant et accueil sympathique !

gîte très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La pièce à vivre est très conviviale avec l'îlot central et favorise ainsi les échanges entre amis ou famille. La petite cheminée en granit a également été appréciée. Les chambres avec leurs salles d'eau et WC indépendants sont aussi très appréciables et permettent de gagner du temps pour réaliser de belles ballades aux alentours. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et ont été soucieux de la réussite de notre séjour. Nous recommandons donc ce gite pour les réunions de familles ou les retrouvailles entre amis. L'environnement privilégié en bord de mer participe également à l'attractivité de ce gite.

Des vacances idéales !

La maison est très bien conçue pour plusieurs familles, chacun peut garder son indépendance en profitant ensemble de la belle salle commune. Nous venons depuis plusieurs années et nous constatons des améliorations à chaque fois. Idéal pour les enfants qui circulent en pleine liberté et sécurité. Les proprios très sympathiques sont disponibles et discrets (merci pour le lait frais le matin !). Balades, accro-branches et mer au bout du chemin...nous on adore !!!

Agréable séjour

Séjour agréable entre amis, chacun sa chambre et sa salle d'eau c'est le top. On peut emmener des enfants, le lieu est clos, plusieurs jeux à disposition. Le lieu est calme et reposant.

magnifique

superbe site, chaque chambre a sa salle de bain, literie très bien. Les propriétaires sont sympas. Le jardin est idéale pour les enfants et très sécuritaire (portail et barrière tout autour du jardin. Il y a un petit terrain avec des but pour le football, 1 table de ping pong, un préau, un barbecue, etc... => en clair, tout est prévu pour passer de bonnes vacances !

Week-end au calme entre amis..... QUE DU BONHEUR !

Pour un week-end entre amis, quel plaisir de trouver un endroit aussi calme. Chaque couple a bénéficié de son autonomie (chambre + salle de bains et WC indépendants). La pièce à vivre est spacieuse, propre et bien agencée. La cour fermée devant est sécurisante, la cour située à l'arrière du gite est accueillante pour les diverses activités (pétanque - palets - ping-pong - foot - etc...) et pour profiter des moments conviviaux. Je le redis : QUE DU BONHEUR !!!!
