Schöne Wohnung, trotz unverhoffter erster Etage

Unser Kurzurlaub in der alten Mühle in Hillesheim, in diesem schönen historischen Gebäude, war prima! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, die ebenfalls im Haus wohnt, war sympathisch und unkompliziert! Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig und bietet alles, was wir brauchen. Einziger, für uns zunächst schwieriger Aspekt: die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Etage, mit einer offenen Treppe. Das hatten wir bei der Beschreibung nicht gelesen. Unsere Hunde (einer sehr groß), die keine offenen Treppen gehen, mussten wir somit jedesmal rauf und runter tragen. Ebenso hatten wir einen einfachen Zugang zum schönen Garten vermutet. Aber: improvisieren ist alles - und so hat auch das prima geklappt und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Charmantes und liebenswertes Häuschen mit schöner FeWo in super Lage für Familien

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder, Baby, Hund) haben uns 4 Nächte sehr wohl gefühlt + kommen gerne wieder! Lage direkt am Spielplatz (Fotos sind alt, er ist viel schöner mittlerweile) + renaturiertem Bach perfekt f. Kinder. Die Stadtmauer direkt am Haus wunderschön, Hillesheim selbst ein schönes sympathisches Städtchen + perfekter Ausgangspunkt f.Tagesausflüge. Zu Wohnung/Haus Positives: Kontakt m. Vermieterin sehr nett, Schlüsselübergabe etc problemlos Lage super, Haus wirklich hübsch; Eingangsbereich + Garten wunderschön wild, sympathisch chaotisch, wir fanden es traumhaft + sind verliebt Spiele, Spielzeug, Bücher Kaffeebohnen (Vollautomat!), Tücher etc in Küche Kunstwerke, Mobiliar, alte Türen, alles in allem toller Charme Trockner+Waschmaschine (1Gerät), Wäscheständer Spülmaschine Gefrierfach Föhn Soda Stream (nicht getestet ob Zylinder voll) Babyreisebett Verbesserungsvorschläge / Negatives: Steckdosenschutz für Krabbelkinder wäre toll! (Auch waren 2 Dosen ganz leer + man konnte in den angrenzenden Raum gucken) Kein Kinderhochstuhl z. Essen Nicht auf jeder Seite d.2Doppelbetten Nachttisch+Lampe Die "Matratze" d. Bettcouch im WZ Katastrophe + Zumutung Wlan schlecht (nur in1Raum) Spinnweben finden nicht alle schön;) Teppichboden in Schlafräumen + Hochfloorteppich im WZ eher unhygienisch Nur1Spülmaschinentab da, kein -salz + Klarspüler Bettwäsche + Handtücher da, wir sollten dennoch eigene mitbringen Keine Mülltrennung, Tonne überfüllt Es war wunderschön! DANKE u. bis bald

Ich kann nur sagen, tolle Wohnung, tolle Vermieterin. Wir konnten nichts finden, das Anlass zur Kritik gegeben hätte. Die Wohnung ist in einem recht modernen Zustand, sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Lage super, Wohnung okay, Sauberkeit no go...

Die Vermieterin war nett, die Wohnung teilweise neu renoviert und okay, Lage super, Sauberkeit leider sehr sehr schlecht!!! Nicht mal das Bett vom Vorgänger war abgezogen, geschweige denn die Zahnbürste im Bad entfernt. Hier muss dringend in Sachen Sauberkeit gehandelt werden, nicht nur in der Küche, sonst wird man niemanden überzeugen können auch nur ein 2.Mal zu kommen. Wir waren enttäuscht! Tut mir leid so eine erste Bewertung für die Wohnung abgeben zu müssen!
