"The refrigerator was not cold and I could not find an adjustment on it. The hot water was not hot, it was better than warm but not much. Finally I specifically asked how early the coffee would be available in the lobby as we were leaving early on Friday morning, I was told "we keep it full 24 hours" ..."

"This place was nice. Owners/dogs were great. My only issue is the dogs are jumpers. They’re very sweet however they left scratch marks on my car and they jumped on my 4 year old scratching her face by her eyes."
