"We checked in on Saturday by 3:00 pm had to be moved from our first room because the toilet was leaking. No big problem as we moved to the room next door. About 9:00 pm, we found out we had no hot water because a boiler was out. My husband found out that 3 buildings had no hot water, and there were no open rooms in the building that did have hot water. On Sunday morning, we had a shockingly cold shower. After sweltering in the hot temperatures all day Sunday, we were able to get a slightly warmer shower. By Monday morning, there was plenty of hot water to shower for our trip home. The amenities at this hotel are very nice and we will return. "
"The property was amazing. I would choose it again and recommend it to my friends. Everything was better than the photos that we saw it when we made the reservation. On the few questions that we had for the host he responded immediately. We did not get an opportunity to use the Jacuzzi but everything was ready for us to use it if we wanted to. I would’ve gave 10 stars if I could’ve."
