"I stayed in a 2 room villa, it was in great conditions, very clean, the kitchen well equipped, nice view to the forest. The pool is tempered, noteworthy, otherwise I wouldn't have used it considering the weather. Special mention to Sandy from Customer Service, so polite and accommodating. Only inconvenient for me was the check in until 4:00 and check out at 10:00, maybe it's just one our later/earlier than usual, but when traveling with kids makes a difference. Overall a fun stay, would stay again."

"Breakfast was supposed to be included in our rate but the location was not well marked. Then when we found breakfast they tried to charge us $15.95 per person despite it being “included”. Ultimately we had the charge removed after showing our reservation but did not understand why they charged that to begin with. The buffet itself was standard eggs, potatoes, meats, fruits and a waffle station. The room was clean but definitely showed wear and tear such was furniture having some tears and carpet stains. No big deal. It did smell like urine in the hallway for the first 2 days of our stay-management did not have an explanation but did put a small fan near our room in the hallway I guess to try to dry it out? Housekeeping came once during our 3 night stay. "

"We absolutely loved our stay. Our room was clean and had working AC. Loved the layout of the breakfast/sitting area. Gym is clean with weights going up to 75 lbs. There are 2 Fussball tables and a shelf with some board games. Did not have time to check out the pool. There is a daily parking fee of $4.99. The hotel was clean with a pleasant and fun color scheme. I would 100% book here again."

"The pool was wonderful! Indoor and outdoor. The location was perfect for us to get where we needed to be."

"The only complaint we had was that there was a problem with the water heater. That’s something that no one can foresee. Unfortunately, for us, it wasn’t able to be fixed until our last day there. We did have warm water just not hot water. The home has games for children of all ages and TVs in all the bedrooms. They were plenty of supplies such as bath towels, garbage liners, dishes, and appliances, etc. The homeowner was great and was in communication with us at regular intervals. We would stay there again."

"Parking was good but you do have to pay nightly fee—$8. Breakfast is the best I’ve had anywhere. Staff pleasant. Always a good stay. They were painting back of building so pool and spa were all chained up. A bit disappointing as we were there a week. "
