  • We open our home and friendship because where we live is to beautiful to not share with others. We offer a Dry cabin-1 queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV, and Internet access. Across the driveway from your cabin, you will have 24-hour access to a bathroom and kitchen located in main cabin. This means you will have to walk a short distance to the bathroom. We are located in the heart of The Black Hill between Hill City SD and Rochford SD. Closest restaurants are 8 miles. Closest grocery stores in Lead or Hill City about 25-minute drive.

Well situated for fishing at Deerfield. Beautiful scenery. Access to fully equipped kitchen. Cozy cabin. Nice hot tub. Highly recommend for getting off the grid!

Hosts were very welcoming! Paul and Amy were so kind to us and our dog. Not only did they provide warm and clean accommodations, but also gifted us an album that the talented Paul recorded himself!

This was great till cabin right in the center of everything we wanted to do. We were greeted by the cute little pups when arriving along with 3 beautiful horses. The host and her husband are some of the nicest kindest and helpful people. They went out of there way to help us out when our bike broke down. Definitely the first place I would try to book if I ever go back to south dakota. Highly recommend this place.

Amy and Paul were excellent hosts! They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From story telling to sharing meals it was a true western experience. The bonfire and hot tub were nice to relax by at the end of the night. This is a great place to stay for anyone looking to get out of the city and meet some amazing animals and hosts!
