Comfy beds, and easy walk to Shinjuku Station to access all trains. Great bathroom setup. Easy luggage storage option. Pro-tip: have a Japanese craft gin in the lobby while doing a load of laundry mid trip! Difficult to find coming from station on arrival, but the neighborhood is super easy to navigate after you’re settled. It would likely be our home base on a future trip.

Had connecting room great for family of 4. Great views and plenty of space. However, hotel is very expensive to eat at. Laundry facilities aren’t very good - takes many times to dry clothes.

absolute gem! we love this place so much, we booked it again when we returned to Tokyo from Osaka for the last leg for the trip. it is not the fanciest hotel, but we felt at home here. close to Harajuku and Shibuya, but still quiet and calm. love the sento bath access included in the room. the breakfast buffet was subpar, but grateful food option available. nice to have complementary toiletries. Staff was great and felt very welcoming!
