"The overall facility was very good. The travel agency allocated to pick me up from the Airport - Kwathlano - delayed pickup allegedly due to being too busy. The water shortage may be the reason why its strongly advised to use bottled water for mouth washing. I guess the hotel is too busy for Receotionists to smile."
