"This is a lovely hotel and in a great location for the M&S Arena and Liverpool City Centre. Almost everything about the hotel was great but the check in was not, our room wasn't ready even though we were there after the check in time, apparently unless you check in online beforehand this isn't guaranteed ..."

"Amazing hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful, room was absolutely massive! Food in restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was plentiful. All in all we had a fantastic stay in this hotel.
