Gorgeous setting with 150 Feet on the Cullasaja River with mountain views! This newly remodeled mid-century cabin is inviting, comfortable and stylish.
The Cullasaja River is thought to be one of the best trout fishing rivers in Western North Carolina, and the home is in the lower Cullasaja Gorge making it just minutes to Franklin and less than 9 miles to Highlands, with excellent cellular service. Improvements include new appliances, new lighting fixtures, new AC/Heat systems, new roof, updated electrical and plumbing, new decking, newer furnishings.
You can hear the roaring river with rock boulders just outside your door and an abundance of songbirds. Prepare your favorite meal from the well-equipped kitchen while enjoying picturesque views of the river, the oak and dogwood trees, the mountain laurels, and the rhododendron, through the oversized plate glass window and doors.
Peace, tranquility, comfort and lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy best describe this property, making you feel worlds away but close to the town conveniences of shopping, dining, hiking and beautiful waterfalls.
