I called and their response was we sent you multiple texts to enter CC information, which I never did. Even on the phone I wasn’t receiving anything while standing outside in the cold. Not sure why this happened but it was unfortunate and I didn’t end up staying. Only until I was 30 minutes on my way home I got the message. They need to do a better follow up for guests so this doesn’t happen again. "
