"We got upgraded to a suite and it was beautiful. We stayed the night for the Marilyn Manson concert and enjoyed the pool, clubs and gambling. The staff spoiled us with snacks and turn down service. Only complaint would be the food. We weren’t aware that you need reservations for the buffet so we had to eat at the food court which was horrible. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was absolutely awful. The whole place and staff were excellent."

"My family really enjoyed our stay. This was one of the most affordable cabins in Big Bear, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything looked fairly recently remodeled. Everything worked well, the kitchen had everything I needed, the beds are comfortable, the hot tub was relaxing and we loved all the decorations. I hope to stay here again!"
