Everything was great. You need to ask the staff to help with bags otherwise it is not offered. But upon asking they were helpful. There were steep stairs to my room. Carrying a bag up was hard but I didn’t want to hurt myself trying to carry them down.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed, staff was friendly and very helpful and the breakfast options were plentiful, fresh and tasty. The bus station is located right outside the front door, which made for very convenient connection to the metro.

The hotel location was excellent, with easy access to the train station. The breakfast at this hotel was excellent too. However, the Annex building was lacking proper maintenance. E.g. the air conditioning did not work; the bathroom sink did not drain properly; the carpet was grungy and dirty.
