Room was very clean and quiet. Shower is fantastic, hot and with great water pressure. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend including the breakfast in your stay, the meals are great but the buffet salad and fruit in particular were a welcome start to make sure we were hydrated and got a fresh start to each day of walking.

We stayed in 6 different hotels during our 2 week trip to Japan and the Keio Plaza Hotel was the best! The customer service was next level. Can't say enough good things about the staff here! The hotel was spotless and their attention to detail was seen at every turn. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Tokyo! 10/10

Close to Haneda, plenty of convenience stores around, many local eateries nearby that are delicious, room was super clean, well stocked with amenities, LOVE LOVE THE FULL HOUSEKEEPING - they do a super clean, top up of amenities, PLUS a full change of all the bedsheets. Daily towel change - including face towels. Third stay for us. Washing machine/dryer in the room was so awesome and convenient - well thought of with many hangers and rack for drying if you prefer to hang them up - the heater in the room will dry them overnight while you sleep. Many train stations near by to get to, Bonus was 2 stops to Ginza + Tsukiji Market. Totally nice vibe, not hectic crazy like Shinjuku or Shibuya. Definitely will stay again.
