It’s a self-serve place basically. We never met anyone, check-in was online, we got the access to the room by email and we had no room cleaning for the 3 nights we stayed there. You can get any towels or extra toiletries from a shelf at the “lobby”. The room was ok in size but the pillows were very uncomfortable. Small bathroom but that’s how they all are in Japan.

We arrived before 3pm then when the time to check in at 3pm there is a long line in the reception .We had to wait for 35 to 40 mins to received the keys .
