"Beautiful setting - felt like being a time and a world away. Fresh eggs & cookies in the kitchen. Dogs had a wonderful time. Shower is delightfully hot. Had never taken a trip through the hills before, highly recommended, and if you’d like staying away from the hustle and bustle then this place is the one. Almost off-grid feeling, but flushing toilet, kitchen hob, fridge provide easy conveniences. It rained a lot while we were there so we were lucky we bought spare outdoor clothes as it was a little difficult to dry things with the limited heating. But wonderful stay - highly recommended, good contact with the host if and when we needed it. "

"The motel is in a nice and quiet location but easy to get to other places. We had an upstairs room and the view was brilliant. The bed was comfy and everything was adequate. Very clean and quiet well decorated. An older motel but well maintained. "
