Library is directly behind the apt. It's within walking distance of downtown. Restraunts very close, historic attractions. Quiet building, first floor apt, a/c in unit, lots of walking trails close by. Nice quiet building. Parking in front and back of building. Roku, free wifi dvds and books.

Needed to be close to family and this location was walking distance. Loved the old building vibe. Came in too early and everyone was accommodating. Loved the bowl of candy and fridge with drinks! I will stay there again!

I was in town for a reunion and this apartment was a perfect location to the down town area and the historic high school. We rated this 3 stars for accuracy of listing because we were switched to a different apartment.

The is an inexpensive place in a good location. The building has a fairly old feel to it, and the apartment has the same feeling. The owners have done a nice job neatening it up. The problem for us was that the office is really a closet and the closet is for the one room so I had to walk through my couple friends bedroom- and that was uncomfortable for me- might not be for others. And this would be great if you are a one or two child family looking for an inexpensive place to stay and cook.
