- Moolian Creekfront Cabin sits on the banks of Dismal Creek in Hiawassee, Georgia, in the southern Blue Ridge Mountains.
THE PROPERTY
The 1993 sqft home is situated on 1.31 acres within a few feet from the relaxing sound of the creek and offers a screened in porch. A wooden footbridge over the creek takes you to a firepit. The primary suite features a freestanding clawfoot tub and walk-in slate shower. A library office is connected to the main bedroom with two stacked 49-inch curved monitors ready for anyone who needs to work. Plug in your laptop, hear the creek, stay productive.
THE NAME
Moolian comes from Rudaki's thousand-year-old Persian poem. "The scent of the Moolian stream drifts back to me." The verse pulled a king off his throne and onto his horse, riding home without his boots. Some water calls you back.
